A Flow State: A space dedicated to conscious movement and integral wellness with Animal Flow

A Flow State, founded by Jonathan Fulham, is on a mission to create a healthy and supportive space to help people achieve their fitness goals and physical, mental and emotional well-being. Jonathan is a professional sports coach specializing in teaching complex movement and is passionate about exploring conscious movement, particularly through the practice of Animal Flow.

Animal Flow is a quadrupedal training system (QMT) that increases mobility, stability, coordination and endurance by bringing hands and feet into contact with the ground while moving in all directions and at various joint angles. The Animal Flow system consists of six components: wrist mobilization, activations, movement patterns, pattern-specific stretches, changes and transitions, and flows.

With a career that began in 2005 in martial arts and as a trainer since 2006, Jonathan has worked with renowned institutions in Quebec such as UQAM, UDM, BELL, TVA and Bombardier. He created Fu Fitness in 2016, now known as A Flow State, which offers 15-16 minute workouts focused on HIFT and/or EFI (functional interval training) accessible for free on his YouTube channel.

A Flow State believes that conscious, functional movement, like Animal Flow, is a powerful tool for improving one's connection to self and others, and for building self-confidence and self-esteem. By providing innovative functional workouts tailored to individual needs, A Flow State aims to help everyone reach their full potential for health and wellness.

A Flow State's vision is to be the leader in conscious movement and physical wellness. The company wants to be recognized as a source of knowledge and resources for those seeking to improve their health and wellness through individually tailored movement practices such as Animal Flow. A Flow State also helps create a sustainable culture of wellness in the community by offering a variety of high-quality services and working with qualified professionals in various health and wellness fields.

Join Jonathan Fulham and the A Flow State team on their journey of discovery in conscious movement and dive into "Flow" with them. Find their workouts and more information about Animal Flow on the A Flow State website and on their YouTube channel.

Testimonials from my clients

Marc Babin

Founder of the HDA Institute channeler, NLP certified coach published author.

Continuous innovation in simplicity, benevolence and pleasure, these are the words that come to mind when I think of Fu Fitness and its founder. It was Jonathan who managed to make me fall in love with physical training a few years ago. It was first with HIIT workouts and now it's with Animal Flow. With this new approach, I have truly transformed the way I move and take care of my body. Quickly, I saw great improvements in my flexibility, strength and coordination. Thank you Jonathan, for your generosity and your dedication.

Sylvie Goudreau

Founder of the HDA Institute, multidimensional connection facilitator, author and speaker

What do I like about John's approach? It offers a comprehensive and holistic workout, both connected to the body and rooted in mindfulness. He is conscientious, good advice and you really feel his competence when he guides you in training (he has several years as a martial arts instructor, coach and physical trainer, in addition to being a lifeguard and first responder. ). He does a lot of research to offer you what is best suited to your needs and goals (both physical and nutritional) and to promote optimal health. I also really appreciate his human approach, caring, full of humor and love. THANK YOU, John!

I started training with Jo seeking a more challenging workout and focusing on using my body mass. Jo introduced tabatas and precise movements exploiting each muscle group and even micro muscles. Results ... I connect with my body, I quickly become more solid. I have succeeded in taking on personal challenges that I am very proud of and this is based on a short, focused and effective training practiced daily at home or outside. The biggest challenge was to take the Super Spartan 19 kilometer race. In addition it was in the company of my Captain Jo Fulham. It was memorable
